The Silent Auction (as defined below) is being conducted by BRS Golf Limited (“BRS Golf”). Our registered office is BRS Golf Limited, City Quays 1, 7 Clarendon Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 3BG. We are running a silent auction in support of Cancer Fund for Children, the auction will open online on 18 June 2024 and will close on the evening of 20 June 2024 at our in-person event following our charity golf day at Portstewart Golf Club on 20 June 2024 (the “Silent Auction”). 

What are the auction items? 

·         Nomadic Watch (Marai 401) (kindly donated by Nomadic Watches Ltd). 

·         TaylorMade PGA Championship Tour Bag (kindly donated by Taylor Made Golf Limited). 

·         £500 Harvey Norman voucher (kindly donated by Harvey Norman). 

·         Taylormade Rory McIlroy 61 degree wedge (kindly donated by BRS Golf Limited) 

·         Two gala tickets to the CMA Awards at Culloden Hotel Belfast featuring Alice DJ (kindly donated by Local Women Magazine). 

·         HydraFacial voucher at Younique Beauty (kindly donated by Younique Beauty). 

Each being a “Prize” and together the “Prizes”. The Prizes will be available to view at Portstewart Golf Club during our charity golf day on 20 June 2024. No cash or credit alternatives will be substituted for the Prizes on offer. 

How do I bid? 

Either by completing our online form or by bidding at our in-person event at Portstewart Golf Club on Thursday 20 June. 

If bidding online, you must fill out your name and email address on the online form. By completing this you agree that your bid is a legally binding agreement and is non-negotiable. 

Winners and Notification 

The winners will be declared at our in-person event following our charity golf day at Portstewart Golf Club on 20 June 2024. Each winner is required to pay for their Prize prior to it being released to them.  

If you are not in attendance at our in-person event on 20 June at Portstewart Golf Club, we will notify all successful bids via the email address provided on entry within 5 days of the closing of the Silent Auction. Winners are required to respond to confirm within 14 calendar days of initial contact. If the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 calendar days, BRS Golf reserves the right to offer the prize to the next highest bidder. 

The successful bid for any one Prize being bid for will be the highest bid received by the scheduled end of the Silent Auction. In the event that two or more bids equal the highest bid, the Prize shall be awarded to the bid received first. 

Data Protection 

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Photos and details of participants may be published in print and online media. 

No Liability 

BRS Golf makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Prizes and in no event will BRS Golf be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damages whatsoever arising from entrance to the Silent Auction or use of the Prizes. 

All dates and times referred to in these terms and conditions are subject to change and we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if any of the times or dates change for any reason. 

Discretion 

We have complete discretion in all decisions made in relation to the Silent Auction. Our decisions in all matters are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time and without prior notice. 

Jurisdiction 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
