Featured Promotion: Book a round to claim your exclusive TaylorMade discount!
From 1-31 July 2024, eligible GolfNow customers can claim an exclusive 10% off TaylorMade discount code (“TM Discount Code”) when they book and play a qualifying GolfNow tee time (the “Promotion”). The Promotion is being conducted by GolfNow LLC (“GolfNow/we/us/our”)
By making a Qualifying Purchase (as defined below) you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR DISCOUNT CODE
To claim your TM Discount Code, all you have to do is purchase and subsequently play any round of golf between 1-31 July 2024 via the GolfNow.co.uk website or UK/I mobile app and you will automatically qualify (purchasing and playing your round within such window being a “Qualifying Purchase”).
You must make a Qualifying Purchase between 00:01am (BST) on 1 July 2024 and before 11:59pm (BST) on 31 July 2024 (“Qualifying Entry Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the Promotion, you must be:
- Have (or open) an account with GolfNow;
- 18 years old or over;
- a legal resident of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) or Republic of Ireland.
You must not work for GolfNow or any of our other group companies or any company connected to this Promotion.
Please be aware that we may ask you for proof to ensure that you satisfy these eligibility requirements. If you are unable to provide proof when we ask, then we reserve the right to disqualify your entry.
WHAT IS THE PROMOTION?
The Promotion offers all eligible GolfNow customers the opportunity to receive an exclusive reward of a TM Discount Code.
This code may be used towards any purchase (including exclusive and limited run items) via the TaylorMade website https://www.taylormadegolf.co.uk/. Purchases made using the TM Discount Code will contribute to the TaylorMade Loyalty Program.
Eligible participants are those who have been contacted by GolfNow to participate in the promotion.
We will store the personal data, information and materials provided by you as part of the promotion in accordance with our privacy policy. In order to fulfil the commitments made by us as part of the promotion and to enable you to receive your reward, we will disclose the information you provide (including your name, address and contact details) to TaylorMade Golf Ltd.
The reward will be issued within 60 days following the completion of your qualifying round of golf.
NOTIFICATION
We will notify you with your 10% off TaylorMade code via email.
You must use your TaylorMade code by 1 October 2024.
DATA PROTECTION
All personal information will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy and for the following purposes: (i) should an entrant provide their specific, opt-in consent, for promotional and/or direct marketing communications related to the products and services of GolfNow (ii) to administer the Promotional Code as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Third party rights:
These terms and conditions do not create any right or benefit enforceable by any person not a party to them (within the meaning of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999).
Cancellation/Amendments:
We reserve the right to void, cancel, postpone and/or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so
Disqualification:
We are entitled in our sole discretion at any time to disqualify any entrant from the Promotion without any liability if (i) that entrant and/or entry fails to comply with these terms and conditions and/or (ii) in our reasonable opinion believe that an entrant has acted fraudulently, dishonestly, inappropriately and/or improperly in connection with the Promotion.
For completeness, making a purchase and subsequently cancelling the purchase, does not count as a Qualifying Purchase.
Terms:
If any part of these terms and conditions is determined to be illegal, void and/or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such part shall be severed and deleted, to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability. The remaining parts of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and shall continue to be binding and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts of England and Wales.
