Promoter: The promoter of this promotion is GolfNow, part of Versant Media.

By participating in the GolfNow What Type of Golfer Are You? Quiz promotion (the “Promotion”), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  2. Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, France or Germany.
  3. Employees of GolfNow, its group companies, partner organisations involved in the Promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  4. GolfNow reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse entry where eligibility requirements are not met.

2. Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion opens on 8 April 2026 and closes on 8 September 2026.
  2. Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

3. How to Enter

  1. Participants must complete the GolfNow “What Type of Golfer Are You?” personality quiz via the official GolfNow campaign landing page.
  2. To receive any prize, discount, or promotional offer associated with the quiz, participants must:
    • provide a valid email address; and
    • subscribe to receive marketing communications from GolfNow.
  3. Participants who do not consent to receiving marketing emails from GolfNow will not be eligible to receive any prizes or discount codes associated with the Promotion.
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

4. Prizes

Participants completing the GolfNow “What Type of Golfer Are You?” quiz may receive one of the following promotional rewards depending on their quiz result:

The New Recruit
A TaylorMade presentation 4-ball box of golf balls

The Organiser
A 10% discount code for a GolfNow booking

The Coach
A £20/€20 discount code off GolfPass subscription

The Gadgeteer
A 15% discount with Shot Scope

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

GolfNow reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

4A. TaylorMade Golf Ball Prize Cap

The TaylorMade presentation 4-ball box of golf balls prize is limited to the first 250 eligible participants who complete the quiz and successfully subscribe to GolfNow marketing communications.

Once the maximum allocation of 250 prizes has been reached, no further TaylorMade golf ball prizes will be issued.

GolfNow reserves the right to withdraw or replace this prize with an alternative reward if stock becomes unavailable.

4B. Prize Fulfilment

  1. Participants receiving the TaylorMade golf ball prize may be contacted by GolfNow to confirm delivery details.
  2. GolfNow accepts no responsibility for prizes that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant.
  3. Delivery may take up to 28 days from confirmation of eligibility.

GolfNow reserves the right to refuse prizes or discount codes where it reasonably suspects fraudulent entry, automated participation, or multiple entries from the same individual.

5. Partner Offers

Shot Scope Offer
Participants receiving the Shot Scope discount must agree to the following:

  1. Participants must consent to sharing their contact information with Shot Scope for the purpose of receiving their discount code and associated communications relating to the offer.
  2. By selecting the Shot Scope reward, participants acknowledge that their name and email address may be shared with Shot Scope in order to fulfil the offer.
  3. Any subsequent communication from Shot Scope will be governed by Shot Scope’s own privacy policy and terms.

Participants may decline to share their data with Shot Scope; however, doing so will make them ineligible to receive the Shot Scope discount.

TaylorMade Offer
Where applicable, TaylorMade prizes will be fulfilled by GolfNow or an authorised partner. Participants may be contacted to confirm delivery details for the prize.

6. Email Subscription Requirement

  1. Entry into the Promotion requires participants to opt in to receive marketing emails from GolfNow.
  2. Participants may unsubscribe from GolfNow marketing communications at any time after receiving their reward by using the unsubscribe link in any email communication.
  3. Unsubscribing will not affect the validity of any prize already issued.

7. Data Protection

Personal data submitted during the Promotion will be processed by GolfNow in accordance with GolfNow’s Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected may include:

  • issuing prizes and discount codes
  • marketing communications from GolfNow (where consent is given)

Where participants opt to receive the Shot Scope reward, relevant personal data may be shared with Shot Scope for fulfilment of the offer.

    Participants may request access to their personal data or request deletion in accordance with applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

    8. General

    1. GolfNow reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
    2. GolfNow accepts no responsibility for:
      • incomplete entries
      • technical failures
      • network or server issues
    3. GolfNow’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final.

    9. Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, GolfNow shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection laws apply.
