This Competition is being conducted by GolfNow LLC (“GolfNow/we/us/our”).
By making a Qualifying Purchase (as defined below) and entering this Competition you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:
ENTRY
For a chance to win the The Open Championship TaylorMade Bag all you have to do is purchase and subsequently play a minimum of one round via the GolfNow.co.uk, GolfNow.ie websites or UK/I mobile app within the Qualifying Entry Period, and you will be automatically entered (“Qualifying Purchase”).
You must make a Qualifying Purchase between 00:01am (GMT) on 1 July 2022 and 11:59pm (GMT) 31 July 2022 and subsequently play the round of golf on or before 3 August 2022 (“Qualifying Entry Period”). Any purchases made outside or if the play date of the round is after, the Qualifying Entry Period or that are not made in accordance with our instructions will not be included.
ENTRIES PER BOOKING
For every booking you purchase up to £49.99 in the Qualifying Entry Period you'll be granted one (1) entry into the competition.
For every booking you purchase between £50-59.99 in the Qualifying Entry Period you'll be granted ten (10) entries into the competition.
For every booking you purchase between £60+ in the Qualifying Entry Period you'll be granted twenty (20) entries into the competition.
Please note the entry is per booking and not per individual tee time purchased within the booking.
ELIGIBILITY
In order to be entered you must be:
- 18 years old or over,
- a legal resident of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) and/or Ireland (the “Territory”).
You must not work for GolfNow or any of our other group companies or any company connected to this Competition.
Please be aware that we may ask you for proof to ensure that you satisfy these eligibility requirements. If you are unable to provide proof when we ask, then we reserve the right to disqualify your entry.

RESTRICTIONS & GUARANTEES
You cannot transfer any of the Prizes or receive cash as an alternative. And if any of the Prizes become unavailable for any reason; we may substitute it with another prize of our choice.
WINNERS SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
We will randomly select one (1) First Prize Winner and ten (10) Second Prize Winner from all valid entries. Winners will be selected by 12:00pm 5 August 2022 by computer randomisation.
We will notify the Winners via email after they have been selected by no later than 5:00pm 8 August 2022.
Each individual Winner has to respond to our notification by 11:59pm 14 August 2022 to claim their Prize. If the individual Winner fails to respond by this time, we reserve the right to deem the selection as forfeited and may in our sole discretion, select another Winner. Proof of sending a response to us does not constitute proof of our receipt of the response.
DATA PROTECTION
All personal information about Competition entrants collected in connection with entering the Competition will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy and for the following purposes: (i) should an entrant provide their specific, opt-in consent, for promotional and/or direct marketing communications related to the products and services of GolfNow and/or TaylorMade (ii) to administer the Competition as set out in these Terms and Conditions, (iii) to select the Winners, (iv) to arrange delivery and/or administration of the Prize(s).
The Winners contact details will be disclosed to TaylorMade for the purpose of delivering and/or administering the Prizes.
PUBLICITY
If you are selected as a Winner of this Competition, you agree to us and our group companies having the right to use your last name and county of residence, in any and all media. And you grant all consents and waive all necessary rights to enable us and our group companies to make the fullest use of this information in any and all media, worldwide, for a period of 90 (ninety) days, without any payment to you.

No liability:
Whilst we’ve tried to give you accurate information as far as we are able so that you can plan your entry accordingly, all dates and times referred to in these terms and conditions are subject to change and we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if any of the dates change for any reason, even at short notice. We cannot guarantee any of the Prizes will be delivered as stated above, and we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer including any disappointed as to the quality of or the experience received relating to the Prizes.
You release us, our group companies, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft and/or loss suffered in connection with the Competition except where directly due to our negligence.
Discretion
We have complete discretion in all decisions made in relation to the Competition. Our decisions in all matters are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into except as set out in these terms and conditions.
Third party rights:
These terms and conditions do not create any right or benefit enforceable by any person not a party to them (within the meaning of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999).
Cancellation/Amendments:
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone and/or amend the Competition and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice if (i) any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it reasonably necessary or prudent to do so; (ii) we need to in order for us to comply with any applicable law.
Disqualification:
We are entitled in our sole discretion at any time to disqualify any entrant from the Competition without any liability if (i) that entrant and/or entry fails to comply with these terms and conditions and/or (ii) in our reasonable opinion believe that an entrant has acted fraudulently, dishonestly, inappropriately and/or improperly in connection with the Competition.
Terms:
If any part of these terms and conditions is determined to be illegal, void and/or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such part shall be severed and deleted, to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability. The remaining parts of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and shall continue to be binding and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and all entrants to the Competition submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
