1. Promoter
The promoter is BRS Golf Limited, City Quays 1, Clarendon Dock, Belfast, BT1 3BG ("Promoter").
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 00:00 BST on 11 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of BRS Golf Limited, Versant, participating golf courses, agencies, suppliers, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must book and play a round of golf through the GolfNow UK website or GolfNow UK app at one of the participating golf courses during the Promotion Period.
Only bookings made and played at one of the eight participating golf courses listed on the promotion page will qualify for entry.
Cancelled bookings, refunded bookings, no-shows, or bookings where the round is not played will not qualify for entry.
5. Prize
There is one prize available: one TaylorMade Liberty Lines Staff Bag, RRP £599.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter may substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the promotion closes.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
The draw will be conducted using a verifiable random selection process.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number connected to their GolfNow booking.
The winner must respond within 3 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond in time, the Promoter may select another winner at random.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to a UK address supplied by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside its control.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be used to administer the promotion and contact the winner. Entrants’ data will not be used for marketing unless they have separately opted in to receive marketing communications.
Personal data will be handled in line with the Versant Privacy Policy.
Winner information may be made available where required by applicable advertising and promotional marketing rules, subject to any valid objection by the winner.
10. General
The promoter’s decision is final.
