These terms apply to the GolfNow Survey Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”). The promoter is BRS Golf Limited, company number NI606497, whose registered office is at Ground Floor, City Quays 1, 7 Clarendon Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 3BG (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”). GolfNow is used as a trading or brand name in connection with this Prize Draw. The promotion may be administered with support from GolfNow, LLC and other group companies acting on behalf of the Promoter. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. What are the prizes?

1.1 There are eleven prizes available: one main prize consisting of one TaylorMade Summer Commemorative Staff Bag (approximate retail value: £599) and ten runner-up prizes, each consisting of one dozen new TaylorMade golf balls selected from TaylorMade’s current retail golf ball range.

1.2 Each winner may win one prize only. The main prize winner will not also be eligible to win a runner-up prize.

1.3 Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Winners are not required to make any payment to claim a prize.

1.4 The Promoter will cover standard delivery of the prize to the winner’s address in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. Winners are responsible for any personal tax liability arising from accepting a prize, but the Promoter will not require winners to pay any delivery charge or other fee to receive a prize.

1.5 If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

1.6 Prizes will be delivered within [30] days after the relevant winner has confirmed acceptance and provided the information reasonably required for delivery.

2. Who can enter and how do you enter?

2.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, except employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, its group companies, any prize supplier, any agencies or other persons professionally connected with the Prize Draw, and their immediate family or household members.

2.2 We may ask for reasonable evidence that you meet the eligibility requirements. If you do not provide evidence when asked, your entry may be disqualified.

2.3 To enter, complete and submit the GolfNow survey using the link provided in the invitation email during the Promotion Period. The Prize Draw opens when the first invitation email is sent and closes at 23:59 BST/IST on 3 July 2026. Entries received after the closing date, or entries not submitted in accordance with these terms, will not be valid.

2.4 One entry is permitted per person. Entries made using multiple email addresses, automated means, bulk entries or other methods designed to circumvent the entry limit are not permitted and may be disqualified.

2.5 No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Internet access is required and standard network or mobile data charges may apply.

2.6 Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, illegible, misdirected or otherwise not received because of events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control may be disqualified.

3. Winner selection and notification

3.1 On or before 12:00 noon BST/IST on 10 July 2026, the Promoter will select one main prize winner and ten runner-up prize winners at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random computer process. Reserve winners may be selected at the same time and in the same way.

3.2 Winners will be notified by email using the email address used to enter by no later than 17:00 BST/IST on 11 July 2026. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner.

3.3 Winners must respond by 17:00 BST/IST on 18 July 2026 to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. If a winner does not respond by the deadline, is ineligible, declines the prize or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same way. Proof of sending a response is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

4. Data protection

4.1 BRS Golf Limited is the controller of personal data processed for the Prize Draw. We will use entrants’ personal data to administer the Prize Draw, verify eligibility, select and contact winners, deliver prizes, respond to queries or complaints, and keep records showing that the Prize Draw was run fairly.

4.2 We will not use Prize Draw entry data for marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive marketing. Completing the survey is not conditional on agreeing to receive marketing.

4.3 Survey responses may be used for research and analytics to understand and improve GolfNow products and services. Where reasonably possible, we will use survey responses in aggregated or anonymised form for those purposes. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your survey responses.

4.4 We may share personal data with service providers who help us run the survey, administer the Prize Draw and deliver prizes, and with our group companies where needed for those purposes. If personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we will use appropriate safeguards required by data protection law.

4.5 We will keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Prize Draw, verify eligibility, deliver prizes, deal with queries or complaints, and keep records showing that the Prize Draw was run fairly. Non-winning entry data will generally be deleted or anonymised within 90 days after the closing date, unless we need to keep it for longer for legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution purposes.

4.6 Entrants have rights in relation to their personal data, as explained in our privacy policy at https://www.versantprivacy.com/privacy.

5. Winner information and publicity

5.1 We may publish or make available information showing that a valid award took place, normally the surname and county of residence of the winners. Winners may object to this information being published or made available, or ask us to reduce the amount of information published or made available, by writing to us within 14 days of being notified that they have won at: GolfNow Survey Prize Draw, BRS Golf Limited, Ground Floor, City Quays 1, 7 Clarendon Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 3BG. We may still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority, another regulator or another competent self-regulatory body if required.

5.2 We will not require winners to take part in publicity. If we would like to use a winner’s image, full name, interview, quote or other publicity materials, we will ask for the winner’s separate consent.

5.3 To request winner information, write to GolfNow Survey Prize Draw Winner Request, BRS Golf Limited, Ground Floor, City Quays 1, 7 Clarendon Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 3BG within 60 days after the closing date.

6. Liability

6.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6.2 The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted or not received due to events outside its reasonable control, including network, hardware, software or platform failures. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss arising from the Prize Draw except where caused by its breach of these terms, negligence or other unlawful act or omission.

7. Fair administration and decisions

7.1 The Promoter’s decisions in relation to the administration of the Prize Draw and the selection of winners are final. This does not limit an entrant’s right to raise a complaint with the Promoter or with a competent regulator or self-regulatory body.

8. Third party rights

8.1 These terms do not create any right or benefit enforceable by any person who is not a party to them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Cancellation or amendment

9.1 The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw only where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or to comply with law or regulatory guidance. The Promoter will not do so in a way that materially disadvantages entrants who have already entered unless the change is necessary and unavoidable.

10. Disqualification

10.1 The Promoter may disqualify an entry or entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant is ineligible, has breached these terms, has attempted to enter more than once, has used automated or fraudulent means, has provided false information, or has otherwise acted dishonestly or unfairly in connection with the Prize Draw.

11. General

11.1 If any part of these terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be treated as deleted to the extent required. The remaining parts of these terms will continue to apply.

11.2 Any changes to these terms will be made available via the link to these terms and will apply only where the changes are necessary, lawful and fair to entrants.

11.3 Questions about the Prize Draw should be sent by post to the Promoter at the address set out above, marked for the attention of “GolfNow Survey Prize Draw”.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
