This Competition is being conducted by GolfNow LLC (“GolfNow/we/us/our”) and the Prize is supplied by our friends at The Belfry Hotel & Resort.
By making a Qualifying Purchase and entering this Competition you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:
ENTRY
For a chance to win all you have to do is purchase and subsequently play any round of golf at the Belfry’s Derby Course between 10 June and 30 June 2024 via the GolfNow.co.uk website or UK/I mobile app and you will automatically be entered into the prize draw (“Qualifying Purchase”).
You must make a Qualifying Purchase between 00:01am (BST) on 10 June 2024 and before 11:59pm (BST) on 30 June 2024 (“Qualifying Entry Period”). Any entries submitted outside of the Qualifying Entry Period (for any reason whatsoever) or that are not submitted in accordance with our instructions will not be included.
Each Qualifying Purchase made within the Qualifying Entry Period will grant you one (1) entry in the Competition. The more Qualifying Purchases you make the more entries you will have.
ELIGIBILITY
In order to be entered you must be:
- 18 years old or over,
- a legal resident of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) or Republic of Ireland.
You must not work for GolfNow or any of our other group companies or any company connected to this Competition.
Please be aware that we may ask you for proof to ensure that you satisfy these eligibility requirements. If you are unable to provide proof when we ask, then we reserve the right to disqualify your entry.

RESTRICTIONS & GUARANTEES
Please note that the Prize does not include and/or cover any costs, taxes, fees, expenses and/or arrangements not specified in these terms and conditions.
We make no other guarantees to the exact nature of the Prize available and specifically you accept that if you are the Winner:
you cannot transfer the Prize or receive cash as an alternative. And if the Prize become unavailable for any reason; we may substitute it with another prize of our choice.
WINNERS SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
We will randomly select one (1) Winner from all valid entries by 12:00pm 8 July 2024 by computer randomisation.
We will notify the Winner via email after they have been selected by no later than 5:00pm on 15 July 2024.
The Winner has to respond to our notification by 5:00pm 22 July 2024 to claim their Prize. If the Winner fails to respond by this time, we reserve the right to deem the selection as forfeited and may in our sole discretion, select another Winner. Proof of sending a response to us does not constitute proof of our receipt of the response.
The Winner will be notified and provided all necessary information they need in relation to the Prize. The Winner should make it known if there are any reasonable adjustments that need to be made or considered as earlier as possible.
DATA PROTECTION
All personal information about Competition entrants collected in connection with entering the Competition will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy and for the following purposes: (i) should an entrant provide their specific, opt-in consent, for promotional and/or direct marketing communications related to the products and services of GolfNow (ii) to administer the Competition as set out in these Terms and Conditions, (iii) to select the Winners, (iv) to arrange delivery and/or administration of the Prize(s).
The Winners contact details will be disclosed to The Belfry for the purpose of delivering and/or administering the Prize only.
PUBLICITY
If you are selected as the Winner of this Competition, you agree to us and our group companies having the right to use your last name and county of residence and social media handles, in any and all media. And you grant all consents and waive all necessary rights to enable us and our group companies to make the fullest use of this information in any and all media, worldwide, for a period of 90 (ninety) days, without any payment to you.

No liability:
Whilst we’ve tried to give you accurate information as far as we are able so that you can plan your entry accordingly, all dates and times referred to in these terms and conditions are subject to change and we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if any of the dates change for any reason, even at short notice.
We cannot guarantee the Prize will be delivered as stated above, and we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer including any disappointed as to the quality of or the experience received relating to the Prize.
You release us, our group companies, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft and/or loss suffered in connection with the Competition except where directly due to our negligence.
Discretion
We have complete discretion in all decisions made in relation to the Competition. Our decisions in all matters are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into except as set out in these terms and conditions.
Third party rights:
These terms and conditions do not create any right or benefit enforceable by any person not a party to them (within the meaning of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999).
Third party exclusions:
The Prize is supplied by The Belfry Hotel & Resort.
Cancellation/Amendments:
We reserve the right to void, cancel, postpone and/or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so
Disqualification:
We are entitled in our sole discretion at any time to disqualify any entrant from the Competition without any liability if (i) that entrant and/or entry fails to comply with these terms and conditions and/or (ii) in our reasonable opinion believe that an entrant has acted fraudulently, dishonestly, inappropriately and/or improperly in connection with the Competition.
For completeness, making a purchase and subsequently cancelling the purchase, does not count as a Qualifying Purchase.
Terms:
If any part of these terms and conditions is determined to be illegal, void and/or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such part shall be severed and deleted, to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability. The remaining parts of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and shall continue to be binding and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time and without prior notice.

Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales and all entrants to the Competition submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts of England and Wales.
